Launch of a new academic session in ICT colleges

Islamabad: ICT colleges have officially kicked off the 2022-23 academic year by conducting orientation sessions for students.

The administration of the various colleges greeted the enthusiastic students with great fervor and introduced them to their respective schedules, courses and faculty. Islamabad Model College for Boys H-9 has conducted orientation session for students of new 1st year batches i.e. Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, Humanities, General Science and Commerce.

The Head Teacher of the College, Javaid Iqbal Mughal warmly welcomed all the freshmen. His speech helped all freshmen feel at ease and know they were in the best learning environment. The students were informed about the academics and the pedagogy of teaching in the college.

Orientation for newcomers was organized at Islamabad Model College for Girls I-8/3 to inform them about the schedule, curriculum, courses and events to be held during the 2022-23 session. Mrs. Fazilat Hussain, assistant professor of the college, addressing the audience, expressed her gratitude to the new students and parents for attending the orientation ceremony.

She gave a presentation on college rules and regulations. The first day at Islamabad Model College for Girls (Postgraduate) F-7/2 was a day full of power. Everyone observed so much new energy, excitement, laughter and dynamism that day.

The heads of the various college committees (class teachers’ committee, timetables committee, transport committee, discipline committee, examinations committee) informed the students of the different facets of college life to make their journey smooth and fruitful. Dr. Fauzia Tanveer Sheikh, director of the college, warmly welcomed the students. She also expressed her desire that newly admitted students strive with all their energies to uphold the illustrious reputation of the college.

Islamabad Model Postgraduate College for Girls F-7/4 (Margala) started the new batch of 1st year with orientation session. The hallmark of the session was the enthusiastic presence of new students accompanied by their parents.

Newcomers in the city of Islamabad Model College for Girls Humak have started their new journey with an exciting orientation program conducted by the college administration. The principal of the college, Dr. Humera Jabeen, welcomed the freshmen and motivated them to work hard and play their part for the progress of their dear motherland. She advised students to stay focused on their studies and stay disciplined so that the true image of the college can be portrayed.
