The 12 selected individuals are enrolled in various accredited four-year educational institutions across the country, bring diverse perspectives and experiences, and proudly demonstrate their pursuit of a career in the RIA industry. They will each receive a $10,000 scholarship for the 2022-2023 academic year and will be paired with an advisor mentor to empower them in their goal of becoming advisors.

“At Schwab, we believe in making the financial planning profession accessible to everyone,” said Leslie Tabor, director of Business Consulting & Education for Schwab Advisor Services. “The scholarship program helps pave the way for students pursuing careers in the RIA industry through further education and professional development. The 2022 Fellows represent the future of the industry, and we couldn’t be more excited for you to get to know them.
